An elegant and fresh sparkling wine with scents of ripe grape and apple combined with a pleasant toasty aroma from its aging. The complex palate is delicate and savory with a fresh long finish. Wonderful for celebrations, but also pairs with salads, steamed mussels, crab and light fish courses.
