Beautiful ruby red color. Aromas of chocolate cherry cake and earth with supple, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a poached apple, cedar, and peppery spice accented finish. The palate is soft with a pleasant acidity. Excellent persistence.

Ideal with first courses, white meats and cheeses. A great everyday wine.
