Aged for three years in large oak barrels this Champagne has a rich, full aroma, creamy texture and mature fruit flavors made more complex by hints of yeast and nuts. This dry, full-bodied style of Champagne is an excellent wine for hearty appetizers or a full dinner.
The wine is not filtered, just racked and is cold stabilized. They add very little sulfur- usually less than 30-40 ppm.
Blend: Primarily Pinot Meunier with small amounts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
