Notes of spring flowers and a hint of spice on the nose. Medium-bodied with accents of citrus and apple on the palate followed by a hint of salinity on the finish. Pair with seafood!
Crabilis, which means “ancient goat shelter” in Sardinian dialect, is the name of a vine-covered, sandy limestone hill not far from the Pala winery. Originally called Crabilis (the actual name of the vineyard where the vermentino grows), the wine is now renamed i Fiori (the flowers) in honor of Sardinia’s biodiversity. The flower on the label is an endemic plant of the island.
