A very light color of gold, salmon and rose, with notes of deeper red, give the name to this wine: Eye of the Partridge. Solid and assertive nose of fleshy red fruit with smoky, toasted notes. Soft and delicious on the palate. Aged 6-7 months in oak foudres & a minimum of 15 months “sur lie” in bottle.
