Bright, clear and ruby in color. The nose is clean and youthful, displaying notes of freshly picked strawberries and roses. On the palate, fresh cherry and strawberry notes combine with notes of fresh earth and spice. An ideal wine to pair with lamb chops with spicy peanut sauce, grilled salmon or Thai beef salad with soba noodles.
