Appellation: Vin de Pays D’oc

Yield: 60 HL/HA

Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Age of the vines: 15 Y.O.

Terroir: alluvial plain, sandy-gravelly soil with a good available water reserve.

Winemaking notes: maceration on skins and direct pressing at controlled temperature, aged on lees until February. Bentonite fining.

TASTING NOTES
This salmon pink rose is marked by notes of red fruits and red pepper. The first impression is fresh, growing into a smooth and fruity developing on the palate and ending with an aromatic finish marked by notes of raspberry and mandarin.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 50 and 54 °F as an aperitif, with salads and grilled meats on the barbecue.
