This wine opens with generous floral and citrus aromas over more austere mineral tones. Fig, melon and stone fruits join in on the palate with a bracing, crisp acidity is balanced by the wine’s richness and body. An excellent pairing wine for richer foods such as cream-sauced seafood, roasted chicken or pork tenderloin.

COHO SALMON – Standing at the edge of Dry Creek one can watch the Steelhead and Coho swim into Wine Creek, and make the journey through our estate. Since 1998 we have been involved in a restoration project in order to preserve the spawning grounds for the Steelhead and Coho. They come back every year to enjoy the shaded pools Wine Creek has to offer and lay their eggs for the next generation.
