This is a beautiful clean crisp chardonnay.  Carries enough natural acidity to be consumed early or lay down for three more years to fully appreciate the complexity and depth of the natural fermentation.  Mid-body wine, with hints of green apples.  Pairs well with rosemary roasted quail and olive red sauce over polenta and organic greens.
