This cava has been made with a selection of the best Grenache grapes, grown with southern exposure to maintain its subtle and floral aroma.

Redcurrant color with reddish reflections, bright, fine bubble, persistent and elegant. Intense fragrance, displays aromas of ripe red fruit on a background of pastry and mocha with subtle citrus notes. Creamy, broad and persistent texture in the mouth. Balanced acidity, with slight memories of rye bread and long finish.

Ideal for tasting throughout the meal. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate. It is especially suitable with fish and roast meat dishes.
