The Cab gives a good tannic base to the wine and the little bit of Zinfandel brings fruitiness. The Merlot and Syrah add structure and black fruit overtones. A good wine to drink on its own and matches well with just about any food course. An exciting concept and a good wine.

Varietals:  32.5% 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, 32.5% 2006 Merlot, 32.5% Syrah and 2.5% 2004 Zinfandel.
