Philip LaRocca, owner and wine maker, says his Chardonnay is “a white wine for red wine drinkers.” Estate bottled organic grape picked at the peak of ripeness, this vintage reflects the perfection of the vineyard. Dry, big, full-bodied with hints of pear, honey, and vanilla.  Amazingly smooth and supple with earth notes and a slight chocolate finish. This wine is very well balanced and elegant.  Fabulous venison and light red sauces.
