All you need is LOEW (to pronounce Love).

This is a “Brut Nature” Very Dry (No dosage added) Sparkling  wine. Its slightly grilled nose mixed with cooked reinette and golden apples

The estate is certified in organic and biodynamic control (Demeter). The harvests are only manual. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. The vinification is without any input or sulfur, it is “Natural” The blend of equal parts of the two grape varieties carried out its alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in vats and demi-muids. The foaming and aging on slats for 36 months brought back a finesse of bubbles with a beautiful creaminess. During disgorging, no liqueur was added.

Domaine Loew is a family winery located next to Strasbourg. It was founded in 1996 by Etienne Loew, coming from a family with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. The estate of 6.5 hectares is spread out on 5 villages, with many various terroirs, but all the same subsoil of marl. Etienne is very attached to the protection of his land: the estate has been farmed biodynamically since 1996.
