Bright, straw yellow with green highlights. Great aromatic complexity; aromas of citrus —lime and grapefruit — at the start. As the wine opens up, notes appear of stone fruits, such as nectarine, and subtle hints of white flowers on a mineral background. A broad, exhilarating wine, full of texture and continental character. A refreshing sensation at the start, it is then more voluminous on the midpalate, with a long, invigorating finish. The notes that we find on the nose are repeated at various points on its journey through the palate. Firstly, the citrus notes appear. On the mid-palate, pleasantly bitter notes of grapefruit, and finally, white flowers.
Pair well with white meats, seafood, rice, pasta, Asian food, veggies, and savory appetizers.
