Aging: 18 Months 85% Neutral and 15% new French oak barrels. After 10 months in barrel two neutral barrels of 667 and one neutral barrel of 114 were moved to concrete egg to age for 8 months. After 13 months one neutral barrel of 667 and one neutral barrel of 114 were moved to Terracotta Amphora to age for 5 months.
