The wine has a delightful aroma almost Champagne like, a bit yeasty. The mid palate is fruity and sweet, not sugar sweet but fruit sweet with a beautiful acidity that really defines the wine. The Rosé is a food wine that can be drunk anytime during the year. Serve it well chilled.
