Forming delicate aromas of honeyed pear, lime and pineapple, this wine is balanced with a long creamy finish and flavors of hazelnut, fig and apple. A rich wine, golden hued and intense. Planted to Dijon clones on a small hillside in the Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley, this vineyard is lovingly farmed by Donald and Patricia Harms, according to Demeter Certified Biodynamic Standards. Barrel fermented with native yeasts and intentional lees stirring this wine was aged 12 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Complete malolactic fermentation.
