This Pinot Noir is aged in mostly old oak barrels after pressing. It is smooth, fruity and aromatic, full of the ripe berry flavor of Pinot Noir with an earthy, slightly smoky finish. It will age gracefully and is excellent with roast chicken, grilled salmon, beef and pork dishes, and cheeses.
