Dark ruby red. Full nose with spicy leather, of graphite, tar, cedar wood, then of ripe blackberries and strawberry jam. On the palate there is a clear fruit core that is well-integrated, juicy tannin, that lasts for a long time.
Pairs with red meats, stews, rabbit.
