AOP BLANQUETTE DE LIMOUX
Blanquette de Limoux is considered to be the first sparkling white wine produced in France long before the Champagne region established its reputation. Issued from 5 centuries of tradition, the typical taste of the Blanquette de Limoux is due to the grape variety of Mauzac. Hints of honey from acacia trees can also be found in this well-structured sparkling white wine.
