Bright golden color with lime reflections. Fruity citrus aromas with notes of tropical flowers that carry over to the palate. Well-balanced, good acidity, and long finish. This wine pairs nicely with Asian dishes, ginger and marinated fish.
Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, using biodynamic practices to in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines achieving the highest quality grapes. Harvested at night during August. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures between 14-15°C. The wine has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics.
