Deep dark cherry color. Aromas of spice, vanilla and ripe fruits, on the palate it is well structured with sweet tannins, full body, harmonious and a long finish. Pairs nicely with roasted or braised beef and lamb.
Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, using biodynamic practices to in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines achieving the highest quality grapes. Night harvested in October. Alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures between 25-27°C. It has been aged for 6 months in oak barrels before bottling.
