The vineyards are divided into many parcels, all located within the territory of the Valtellina Superiore denomination, in particular in the sub-zones Sassella, Grumello and Inferno. The agronomic management of the estate is inspired by the principles of sustainability, and without the use of herbicides. Fertilization is carried out using only organic fertilizers and treatments are reduced to the bare minimum, favoring products permitted by the organic farming regulations.
