Aromas of dried Peaches, Apricots, Walnuts, Forest Floor, Orange Blossom. The long process of maceration of the wine in contact with the marc creates a hint of oxidation.
Pinot Grigio has become synonymous with Venetian winemaking, due to the land’s proximity to the sea and cooler conditions. FIDORA has aimed to push a step further and age these grapes in terracotta amphorae on their own skin, where they will acquire body and complexity in addition to the beautiful floral notes we associate with Pinot Grigio from Veneto. Biodynamic, zero sulphites added, and grown on a single vineyard, this wine is bold.
