PerSante translates in English to “For Sante”. This wine is dedicated to Marco’s grandfather, who worked the land with discipline and fervor.

Opulent and  Powerful with flavors of toasted oak, dried flowers, plums, and tobacco with ripe and persisting tannins.

Pairs well with tuscan bean soup, oxtail stew, cast-iron ribeye, wild boar ragu.
