Grapes are handpicked from one of the few remaining plots of Timorasso in Piedmont from heavy clay and marl soils. Vines are 35 years old with extremely low yields of only 2 bottles produced per plant. The wine is fermented in stainless steel naturally, and remains on lees for 8 months. It is released 13 months after harvest.
