2011 Schloss Muhlenhof Spatburgunder Blanc de Noirs

$15

Out of stock

Spätburgunder is the German name for Pinot Noir.  This wine is actually vinified as a white wine despite the fact that it’s made from a red grape. This style of wine is called “blanc de noirs” – white from blacks, and you’ll see this technique used in Champagne as well. This delicate wine has clean flavors of white peach and honey.

Pairs well with Black cod, Thai chicken satay and broiled veal bratwurst.

Varietal:  100% Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir)
