If other white grapes are violins, Roussane and Marsanne are viola and cello: able to sing just as sweetly but in a lower, more resonant register. In this wine they make beautiful music together, blending the flavors of ripe pears and clover honey with the darker sweetness of hazelnuts and almond butter. The finish is remarkably light and clean, showing the natural balance our biodynamic vineyard brings to full-flavored grapes.
