A blend of Zweigelt, Blaufrankisch, and St. Laurent, grapes are hand harvested and destemmed before being pressed into a stainless steel tank. Fermentation lasts for twenty days with natural yeasts, during which time there is some pumping over. It is then moved to the stainless steel blending tank without lees for one year. It is filtered once and bottled with low SO2.
