The fruit for this wine is hand harvested from the upper vineyard called “Les Hauts de Madon”, which is composed of mostly crushed stones. The grapes are fermented whole-cluster with natural yeasts in the tank and are then bottled unfiltered with no SO2.
Varietals: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
