This Cuvée Premium is produced from the finest parcels of the Languedoc terroir. Languedoc-Roussillon is the world’s largest wine-producing region, offering an extraordinary patchwork of different soils, climates and grape varieties to produce exceptional wines. It is assembled from the signature grape varieties of the South of France: Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. This expressive combination boasts dark red fruits with a silky finish to balance out the spiciness on the palate.

Grape varieties: Syrah 50% – Grenache 30% – Carignan 20%

Size of the vineyards: 6 Hectares Yield: 40Hl/Ha

Age of vines: 40 Y.O.

Terroir: Clay-limestone terraces on the north side Béziers

Winemaking notes: 15 to 20 days maturation. Temperature controlled during fermentation. No fining, filtration “through earth” in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTES

This wine has a nice deep ruby colour. Ripe red fruit, and caramelised dark fruit on the nose. The first impression is supple and fruity then a good complexity on the mid palate with some dark red fruits and spiciness. The finish is long and silky.

Serving suggestions: serve at 59 – 63°F, an ideal accompaniment to grilled meats, stews, or with mild cheeses.
