Syrah is a chameleon-like variety, adapting to a very wide range of climates and soil types. This wine shows the balance and depth of the big and rich dark fruits that Syrah is capable of with the intriguing game, herbs, olive, and white pepper that is so easily lost.

COW HORNS – For millennia the horns of ruminant animals have been viewed as symbols of fertility and bounty. The horns of domestic bovines are utilized in the production of two important Biodynamic preparations on our estate. Green manure in the fall and ground silica in the spring are buried for six months and then stirred into a volume of pure water, creating an energy enhancing spray that promotes both soil fertility and plant health.
