This fee is for customers how have cancelled their scheduled wine tasting after they have received their wine tasting package.

$25   Fee goes toward Consultant loosing schedule date that could have been used for another client.

$25  Reminder of retail wine cost.  Wine Tasting packages are significantly discounted.  When a customer cancels a wine tasting they are essentially agreeing to pay the retail prices for the wine they received.
