Beautiful cherry color with shades of violet. Full aromas of red berries and cherry, with notes of spice and coffee. Flavors of chocolate and cherries with sweet tannins and a long finish. A beautiful pairing with beef sirloin and pepper sauce.

Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, using biodynamic practices to in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines achieving the highest quality grapes. Night harvested in September-October.

Deep ruby red colored with aromas of blueberry and cassis.  On the palate is it well  balanced with soft tannins leading to a long,  persistent rich finish.   A perfect match for all kind of roasted vegetables, meats and appetizers.
